Churros Ole is a family business. We have always had a dream to make and sell churros for all to enjoy. Our Spanish/Latin heritage and passion for Churros saw us in Spain and Argentina, learning the traditional methods of making these delicious churros. To this day, with the recipe having not changed. Churros ole are still making their Churros in the same traditional way.
Churros Ole started as a small food van in 2006, attending local markets and events. When word spread about this popular new food van selling authentic Spanish desserts they started receiving offers to set up Marquees at large scale events such as Moomba and the Royal Melbourne Show. In 2017 the Churros Ole Food truck was built, allowing us to travel further and cater at busy events like the Summer Night market, Johnston Street Latin Festival, Bendigo Moonlight Market, Phillip Island Foreshore Market and many other events.
